Law of Attraction – the Key to Corporate Success

As an experienced strategic marketing consultant of 17 years, some 5 years ago I got into personal development and then discovered the Law of Attraction (LoA). After learning about and playing with the LoA, cutting through the hype and using my science and research background to study it, I came to realise a few things:

• The Law of Attraction is surrounded by mystery and hype
• Whilst the exact scientific explanations are not conclusive, there is plenty of observable evidence to back up the phenomenon. Although the meta-physics gets over-hyped…  it does open our mind to many amazing possibilities
• We are all, already masters of the Law of Attraction – we just need to recognise, harness and focus this on what we truly and authentically desire
• Authenticity and alignment to core values is a key factor
• Demolishing hidden limiting beliefs is another key factor
• The Law of Attraction works by energetic connection – like the poles of a magnet can attract or repel – learning how not to be in repel mode is a key factor.
• Success in using the Law of Attraction and Cosmic Ordering is about experiencing these energetic connections and the feelings behind them -

So what does this have to do with corporate success? EVERYTHING

These energetic connections underpin all aspects of corporate performance.

Organisations are made up of people connecting and doing. The quality of those connections determines the effectiveness of all leadership, sales, marketing, communication  and human resources activity.

These Law of Attraction tools and principals can be used to inspire a corporate culture of efficiency and effectiveness, achieving alignment and authenticity, creating flow, success and abundance. From this single initiative comes: employee engagement, emotional intelligence, improved teamwork, lasting successful partnerships with customers and suppliers, imparting brand values, increased trust and rapport (with everyone), staff retention…this list goes on and on.

As with most initiatives, top level buy-in, with leaders walking the talk is important. A huge difference is the level of empowerment and personal responsibility everyone can experience from the bottom up. Does Cosmic Ordering Work?

Obviously we firmly believe that it does and experience this every day in our lives. Yet, we know it is a contentious subject and not everyone believes it can or does work for them.  These very beliefs are in fact the crux of the issue, for what you believe has a huge hand in creating your experience of reality.

We all very much manifest and create our realities – it is like they are virtual realities, not hard wired destiny or set in stone. If you look at the word belief… be[LIE]f you see inside every belief is a lie – there are no absolute truths.

So does Cosmic Ordering work? Journalist AnneMarie Flannagan attended our Cosmic Ordering workshop earlier this year and was able to manifest more work, an unexpected holiday, feeling calmer and improved relationships. Shhhh! The Real Secret to ‘The Secret’

There is a lot of hype around at the moment on this subject and lots of myths about ‘The Secret’ to mastering Attraction. THERE IS NO SECRET !

We are all masters of the Law of Attraction AND the trouble is we mainly focus on what we don’t want – this proves to be a very poor strategy for life for most of us!

Andrew says: “The greatest lesson that I was ever taught by my coach, is that for the first 40 years of my life, I attracted everything – all my results and outcomes… good, bad and indifferent. I am indeed a master of the Law of Attraction. Now, there was not a lot of bad stuff, a heck of a lot of mediocrity and not enough of the good and amazing stuff. Once I understood this, in a language that I could relate to and in a way that my logic could not refute – I realised that only I had responsibility for my life and my outcomes, no-one and no-thing else, just me. This can seem a little daunting – it is also incredibly liberating, especially when you learn how you have manifested until now… And how by changing what you focus on and utilising tools such as incantations, visionboards, visualisation and feelingisation, you can have more of what you want in life“

Since 2005, Andrew has completely transformed his life, left a dead-end career, manifested an incredible job working at one of the foremost personal development and relationship retreats, attracted his soul mate and returned to the UK to start a new business with Diane, said soul mate.

Andrew continues… “in my twenties, my strategy for life was based on knowing what I did not want. I thought I was quite clever to know this. I thought it gave me a good direction in life. I perceived that it put me ahead of some of my peers who did not seem to know what they wanted. I realise now, looking back, that this strategy got me increasingly mediocre results. Now I understand that my ‘away from’ motivations lacked conviction, authenticity and alignment to my true self.“

So the first key to mastering the Law of Attraction is to:

KNOW YOURSELF AND WHAT YOU WANT

How do you achieve that? There is no quick and simple answer. Knowing yourself comprises knowing your values and their underlying motivations (including towards and away from motivations). These underlying motivations are closely associated with your beliefs (both limiting and empowering, plus associated rules). Then there is understanding how you meet your basic human needs (of which there are four) and to what extent you associate to the two other ‘higher needs’.

Your values, needs, beliefs/rules and abilities make up your internal identity. There are three levels to identity:

(i) who you truly are (which is hidden from most of us).
(ii) how we and our ego like to portray ‘us’ to ourselves – internally.
(iii) how we and our ego portray ourselves to the outside world.

So to manifest what you truly desire in life using a pure Power of Intention, you need to cut through the layers of falsehood and find the real you.

This important first step takes time and also requires you to truly LOVE YOURSELF, ACCEPT YOURSELF and let go of emotional baggage.

From this place of authenticity you can start to attract abundance in all its richness of form.

Then the second key to mastering the Law of Attraction is to:

FIND YOUR TRUE SENSE OF DIRECTION AND PURPOSE

Through finding and aligning to your core values, you can develop a powerful purpose in life and a sense of direction that steers you towards success rather than away from fear or limiting beliefs. You can create a magical vision for your life, framed by gradtitude, joy and appreciation.

The third and final key to mastering the Law of Attraction is to:

MASTER THE TOOLS OF ATTRACTION AND INTENTION

This goes way beyond simply asking for and visualising your outcomes.

It is about feeling-isation. The Power of Intention comes from the intensity, accuracy and consistency of your focus/attention multiplied by the level of desire that you have multiplied by the amount energy that you give to the intention.

Power of Intention = Desire x Attention x Energy

Your Power of Intention, your level of desire and your energy will all be massively increased by using tools like:

• Values Elicitation – our own tool to help you to identify your core values and to work on making them all positive towards values turning around any limiting beliefs and disempowering rules.
• On-Purpose’ our own service to help you to determine your authentic purpose and direction in life.
  Incantations (powerful statements that you chant) encapsulating your values, vision and purpose, plus any specific goals, desires and outcomes.
• Visionboards – your dreams captured as inspiring images.
• Incantations
• Guided-visualisation – hypnotherapy CDs produced for you by Diane, to listen to time and again, re-wiring your subconscious to totally align it with your conscious desires and intentions.
